moe diggzposted on 12/29/13 I have a full hand poked tibori tattoo sleeve. My artist Bunshin Horitoshi hasnt been able to get his green card for several years now. The sleeve is almost finished but not quite. I was wondering if you think you could finish my sleeve and make it look like it wasnt done by two artists. I can send pics if you want.
